2023 Grenache

Explosive and floral on the nose and purely evocative of the Spanish Springs
Vineyard, it shows melted boysenberry fruits, nutmeg, cardamom, and rose petal, along with just a hint of meatiness. The medium-bodied palate shows incredible purity of fruit, with waves of concentrated black and purple fruits that dance along a spicy frame that is supported by beautifully crisp acidity. At once both concentrated but weightless in the mouth, the youthful tannins and density of fruit persist for well over a minute. Delicious now, it will age beautifully
in the cellar.
