2021 Inmesceo

On the nose, Inmesceo shows herbs, cedar, concentrated red fruits, eucalyptus, and notes of worn leather that are complimented by hints of mocha and toasty oak. Flavors on the palate bring black cherry cola, cranberry, plum, and smoky herb notes, along with more spicy hints of cinnamon and cloves. The dusty, grainy tannin structure clings to the palate, while moderate acidity draws out onto a long, savory finish.
