2021 Estate Petite Sirah

Deep and dark aromas of melted black licorice, plum jam, dried black cherry and exotic spicy tones describe the 2021 Petite Sirah. The palate shows a great attack of smoky dried blackberry, medium roast coffee, and brambly fruits that are lifted up by lovely acidity. An energetic wine that expresses its limestone soil origins well, it maintains freshness all the way across the palate as the fruit flavors tail into notes of toasted marshmallow, grade C maple syrup, and toasty oak.
