TASTING NOTES: As the primary varietal in classic Bordeaux blends, Cabernet Sauvignon is the most planted varietal in Paso Robles. This Cabernet is a blend of 75% Eastside Cabernet and 25% Westside Petit Verdot. It is a medium bodied classic style Cabernet. It has violets and vanilla on the nose, with currants and black cherries on the palate. As most Cabernet Sauvignon does, it pairs well with most rich foods. Drink now or hold 2-6 years.
